Georg Franz Hoffmann (* 13. Januar 1760 in Marktbreit; † 17. März 1826 in Moskau) war ein deutscher Botaniker, Lichenologe und Bryologe. Sein offizielles botanisches Autorenkürzel lautet „Hoffm.“
