Gilberto Freyre

Gilberto de Mello Freyre (* 15. März 1900 in Recife; † 18. Juli 1987 ebenda) war ein brasilianischer Soziologe und Anthropologe. Sein berühmtestes Werk ist Herrenhaus und Sklavenhütte (Casa Grande e Senzala).
