Giovanni Arcimboldi (* 1430 in Parma; † 2. Oktober 1488 in Rom) war ein italienischer Bischof und Kardinal.

Nicht zu verwechseln mit seinem Enkel Giovanni Angelo Arcimboldi (1485–1555), Erzbischof von Mailand 1550–1555.
