Gottfried Dietrich Wilhelm Berthold (* 16. September 1854 in Gahmen; † 7. Januar 1937 in Göttingen) war ein deutscher Botaniker und Pflanzenphysiologe. Sein botanisches Autorenkürzel lautet „Berthold“.
