Die 37. Verleihung des Goya fand am 11. Februar 2023 im Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Fibes) in Sevilla statt. Der wichtigste spanische Filmpreis wurde in 28 Kategorien vergeben. Als Gastgeber führten die Schauspieler Antonio de la Torre Martín und Clara Lago durch den Abend.
