Gramoz Ruçi

Gramoz Ruçi (* 6. Dezember 1951 in Tepelena) ist ein albanischer Politiker (PS). Von 2017 bis 2021 war er Parlamentspräsident und somit nach dem Präsidenten der zweithöchste Albaner im Land.
