Grand Slam

Als Grand Slam (deutsch großer Schlag) bezeichnet man vor allem im Sport große (historische) Erfolge. Der Ausdruck selbst stammt vom Kartenspiel Whist und bedeutet, dass eine Partei alle möglichen Stiche erzielt (vgl. Abschnitt unten).
