Rillauds (auch als Rillons, Grillons oder Rillots bekannt) sind eine französische Delikatesse aus fettem Schweinefleisch mit Schwarte, speziell aus Anjou und Touraine. Sie werden als Vorspeise mit verschiedenen anderen Schweinefleischprodukten der Charcuterie serviert.
