Der höhere Dienst (hD) – in einigen Bundesländern auch Zweites Einstiegsamt der zweiten Laufbahngruppe bzw. Qualifikationsebene 4 – ist die höchste Laufbahngruppe für Beamte in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
