Der HSC Bad Neustadt, seit 2018 auch Rotmilane genannt ist ein Handballsportverein, der in der unterfränkischen Stadt Bad Neustadt an der Saale beheimatet ist. Die erste Männermannschaft spielt 2022/2023 in der Bayernliga Nord.
