Hans-Georg Rammensee (* 12. April 1953 in Tübingen) ist ein deutscher Immunologe und Forscher. Von 1996 bis 2023 hatte er den Lehrstuhl für Immunologie an der Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen inne.
