Helma Ulrike Orosz [] (* 11. Mai 1953 in Görlitz) ist eine ehemalige deutsche Politikerin (CDU). Sie war von 2003 bis 2008 sächsische Staatsministerin für Soziales, anschließend bis 2015 Oberbürgermeisterin von Dresden.
