Herbert Schnoor

Herbert Schnoor (* 1. Juni 1927 in Aurich; † 20. Juni 2021 in Werder (Havel)) war ein deutscher Jurist, Verwaltungsbeamter und Politiker (SPD). Von 1980 bis 1995 war er Innenminister von Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie Abgeordneter im dortigen Landtag.
