Herman Baltia

Baron Herman Baltia (* 1. September 1863 in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode/Sint-Joost-ten-Node bei Brüssel; † 16. September 1938 in Saint-Gilles/Sint-Gillis) war ein belgischer General-Leutnant, sowie Hoher Kommissar und General-Gouverneur für Neubelgien.
