Hierotheos Vlachos (griechisch: Μητροπολίτης Ιερόθεος, bürgerlicher Name: Georgios Vlachos, griechisch: Γεώργιος Βλάχος, * 1945 in Ioannina, Griechenland) ist ein orthodoxer Bischof und Metropolit von Nafpaktos in der Kirche von Griechenland sowie ein bedeutender orthodoxer Theologe.
