Hof- und Appellationsgericht Wiesbaden

Das Hof- und Appellationsgericht Wiesbaden war von 1822 bis 1832 und von 1849 bis 1866 neben dem Hof- und Appellationsgericht Dillenburg das zweite Gericht der zweiten Instanz im Herzogtum Nassau mit Sitz in Wiesbaden. 1832 bis 1849 bestand stattdessen das Hof- und Appellationsgericht Usingen.
