Die Immunfluoreszenz (auch Immunofluoreszenz; Abkürzung IF) ist eine biochemische und medizinische Analysemethode. Hierbei werden Antigene mittels Antikörpern, an die ein Fluorochrom (fluoreszierender Farbstoff) gebunden ist, markiert und somit sichtbar gemacht.
