Jantarny (russisch Янтарный, anhören^ⓘ, Transkription auch als Yantarni) prußisch Palweniken (1398) und Palmenicken (1491), deutsch Palmnicken (polnisch Palmniki, litauisch Palmininkai und Palvininkai), ist eine Siedlung städtischen Typs in der russischen Exklave Oblast Kaliningrad. Sie hat 6645 Einwohner (Stand 1. Oktober 2021). Die Siedlung ist Verwaltungssitz des Stadtkreises Jantarny.
