Johann Hermann (auch Herrmann geschrieben; * 31. Dezember 1738 in Barr; † 4. Oktober 1800 in Straßburg), im Französischen auch Jean Hermann, war ein französischer Arzt, Naturforscher, Zoologe, Sammler und Autor. Sein botanisches Autorenkürzel lautet „Herrm.“.
