Johann Simon Kerner, ab 1812 von Kerner, (* 25. Februar 1755 in Kirchheim unter Teck, Herzogtum Württemberg; † 13. Juni 1830 in Stuttgart) war ein deutscher Arzt und Botaniker. Sein offizielles botanisches Autorenkürzel lautet „J.Kern.“
