Jost Bürgi

Jost Bürgi (laut seinem Porträt auch Jobst Bürgi; * 28. Februar 1552 in Lichtensteig/Toggenburg; † 31. Januar 1632 in Kassel) war ein Schweizer Uhrmacher, Instrumentenerfinder, Mathematiker und Astronom.
