Justin Francis Kardinal Rigali (* 19. April 1935 in Los Angeles, USA) ist ein US-amerikanischer Geistlicher und emeritierter Erzbischof von Philadelphia. Von 1985 bis 1989 leitete er die Päpstliche Diplomatenakademie in Rom.
