Kārlis Ulmanis

Kārlis Ulmanis (* 23. August^jul. / 4. September 1877^greg. in Bērze, Gouvernement Kurland, Kaiserreich Russland; † 20. September 1942 in Krasnowodsk, Sowjetunion) war ein lettischer Politiker. Er war mehrfach Ministerpräsident von Lettland (1918–1921, 1925–1926, 1931, 1934–1940), ab 1934 mit diktatorischen Vollmachten, ab 1936 auch Staatspräsident von Lettland.
