Kəlbəcər (Rayon)

Kəlbəcər (kyrillischschriftlich aserbaidschanisch und russisch Кельбаджар, auch Kalbajar oder Kalbadschar) ist ein Rayon (Bezirk) im westlichen Aserbaidschan. Hauptstadt des Bezirks ist die Stadt Kəlbəcər. Er stand von 1993 bis 2020 bzw. 2023 unter Kontrolle der international nicht anerkannten Republik Arzach (Bergkarabach).
