Kartoffelsuppe

Kartoffelsuppe (in Österreich und Teilen Süddeutschlands auch Erdäpfelsuppe oder Grumbeeresuppe) ist eine Suppe der traditionellen deutschen und österreichischen Küche. Ihre Hauptzutat sind Kartoffeln. Ist die Konsistenz relativ dickflüssig, spricht man von einem Eintopf.
