Die Saison 2016/17 war die 25. Spielzeit der kasachischen Eishockeyprofiliga. Insgesamt nahmen zehn Mannschaften am Spielbetrieb teil. Meister wurde mit Nomad Astana die zweite Mannschaft des KHL-Klubs Barys Astana.
