Die Kathedrale von Portalegre (portugiesisch Sé de Portalegre) ist der Bischofssitz des römisch-katholischen Bistums Portalegre-Castelo Branco in der Stadt Portalegre im gebirgigen Osten Portugals. Eine Konkathedrale steht in der ca. 50 km nördlich gelegenen Stadt Castelo Branco.
