Kathleen Anne „Kathy“ Kelly (* 6. März 1961 in Leominster, Massachusetts) ist eine irisch-US-amerikanische Sängerin. Sie ist das drittälteste Kind der Kelly Family und arbeitet seit 2001 auch als Solistin.
