Kay Francis, geborene Katherine Edwina Gibbs (* 13. Januar 1905 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; † 26. August 1968 in New York City), war eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie war einer der größten und bestbezahlten weiblichen Stars der 1930er Jahre in Hollywood. Kay Francis trat häufig in „woman's pictures“ auf.
