Keirin (von japanisch 競輪, Keirin, deutsch „Radrennen“) ist eine Disziplin des Bahnradsports. Es handelt sich um eine aus Japan stammende Variante des Sprints; sie wird auch als „Kampfsprint“ bezeichnet.
