Die Wallfahrtskirche Sankt Sebastian, in Anlehnung an die Dreifaltigkeitskirche Kappl auch Kleine Kappl genannt, steht im Landkreis Tirschenreuth nahe dem Dorf Ottengrün, Markt Bad Neualbenreuth, auf einer Anhöhe.
