Das Kloster St. Lioba ist ein Kloster von Benediktinerinnen im Stadtteil Günterstal der Stadt Freiburg im Breisgau. Es ist das Mutterhaus der Benediktinerinnen von der heiligen Lioba und befindet sich in der ehemaligen Villa Wohlgemuth am Rand des Freiburger Stadtwalds.
