Das Komitat Komárom, auch Komitat Komorn genannt (deutsch auch Komorner Gespanschaft; ungarisch Komárom vármegye, lateinisch comitatus Comaromiensis, slowakisch Komárňanská župa/stolica oder Komárňanský komitát), war eine Verwaltungseinheit im Nordwesten des Königreichs Ungarn. Verwaltungssitz war Komárom.
