Kota-Formation

Die Kota-Formation ist eine lithostratigraphische Formation im indischen Deccan, die für ihre Wirbeltierfossilien bekannt ist. Es handelt sich um kontinentale Sedimentgesteine, die auf den Unter- und den Mitteljura (Sinemurium bis ?Aalenium) datiert werden.
