Die Kranio-fronto-nasale Dysplasie ist eine sehr seltene angeborene Erkrankung mit den Hauptmerkmalen Kraniosynostose, Gesichtsauffälligkeiten wie bei einer Frontonasalen Dysplasie, Geistige Behinderung und Skelettveränderungen.
