Lottigna war eine politische Gemeinde im Kreis Acquarossa, im Bezirk Blenio des schweizerischen Kantons Tessin. Zu Lottigna gehörte bis 2004 der Kurort Acquarossa. Sie fusionierte 2004 zur neuen Gemeinde Acquarossa.
