Eine Ludothek bzw. Lusothek (von lateinisch: ludus = eigentlich: „Spiel“; „Schule“ – lusus, Partizip Perfekt von: ludere = „spielen“ sowie θήκη = „Stelle“, „Behältnis“, „Aufbewahrungsort“) ist die Institution bzw. der Ort einer geordneten benutzbaren Sammlung von Spielen.
