Möhren
Die Möhren (Daucus) sind eine Pflanzengattung innerhalb der Familie der Doldenblütler (Apiaceae). Die Arten sind in vielen Gebieten der Welt verbreitet. In Mitteleuropa heimisch sind nur zwei Unterarten der Möhre (Daucus carota): die Wilde Möhre (Daucus carota subsp. carota) und als Zuchtform die Karotte (Daucus carota subsp. sativus), auch Gartenmöhre oder Kulturmöhre genannt.
