Mai Tai ist ein weltweit beliebter Rum-Cocktail und Longdrink. Seine klassischen Bestandteile sind Rum, Limettensaft, Orangenlikör und Mandelsirup (Orgeat). Der Name bezieht sich in veränderter Schreibweise auf das tahitianische Adjektiv maita'i „gut“.
