Makran

Makran (persisch مکران, DMG Makrān), das antike Gedrosien, ist eine halbwüstenartige Region, die sich – heute halb zu Pakistan, halb zu Iran gehörend – entlang des Arabischen Meeres erstreckt und in neuerer Zeit eher als (Teil von) Belutschistan bekannt ist.
