Marcellina von Mailand (* um 327 in Trier; † um 398 in Mailand) war eine frühchristliche geweihte Jungfrau und Heilige. Sie war die ältere Schwester des heiligen Satyrus und des Kirchenvaters Ambrosius. Ihr Gedenktag ist der 17. Juli.
