Masala Chai
Masala Chai (Hindi मसाला चाय masālā cāy [] „Gewürztee“) bezeichnet in ganz Südasien ein Getränk aus Schwarztee, Milch, Zucker und einer Gewürzmischung. Im westlichen Sprachraum werden ähnliche Milchtees häufig als Chai Latte oder Chai Tea Latte in Cafés angeboten.
