Melampus (Seher)

Melampus (altgriechisch Μελάμπους Melámpous, deutsch ‚Schwarzfuß‘, dorisch Μέλαμπος Mélampos, lateinisch Melampus) ist in der griechischen Mythologie ein Sohn von Amythaon und Aglaia oder Eidomene, Bruder des Bias und der Aiolia. Im antiken Griechenland war er als Seher und Arzt berühmt.
