Der Methacholintest (Methacholin-Provokationstest, englisch Methacholine Challenge Test) ist ein unspezifischer, inhalativer Provokationstest, der in der Pneumologie und Allergologie zur Messung von bronchialer Obstruktion und Hyperreaktivität z. B. bei Asthma bronchiale eingesetzt wird.
