Die Mikrodontie (aus altgriechisch μικρός mikros, deutsch ‚klein‘ und altgriechisch ὀδούς odous, deutsch ‚Zahn‘) ist eine seltene Veränderung, bei der einer, mehrere oder alle Zähne im Verhältnis zum Kiefer kleiner als normal sind.
