Millau (okzitanisch Milhau) ist eine südfranzösische Gemeinde mit 21.712 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2021) im Département Aveyron in der Region Okzitanien. Sie ist Unterpräfektur des Arrondissements Millau und war Hauptort des Südens der historischen Provinz Rouergue.
