Der Distrikt Mullaitivu (Tamil: முல்லைத்தீவு மாவட்டம்;Mullaittīvu Māvaṭṭam, Singhalesisch: මුලතිව දිස්ත්රික්කය;Mulativ distrikkaya) ist ein Distrikt in der Nordprovinz Sri Lankas. Der Hauptort ist die namensgebende Stadt Mullaitivu. Der Distrikt Mullaitivu gehörte zu den von 1983 bis 2009 vom Bürgerkrieg in Sri Lanka betroffenen Gebieten.
