Die 13. FIL Naturbahnrodel-Europameisterschaft fand vom 15. bis 19. Februar 1989 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Deutschland statt. Zum zweiten Mal in Folge gewann die italienische Mannschaft alle drei Wettbewerbe.
