Der Neapolitanische Sextakkord oder kurz Neapolitaner ist ein alterierter Akkord. Der Quintton des Subdominantakkords wird durch den tiefalterierten Sextton ersetzt (im abgebildeten Beispiel in a-Moll der zweite Akkord: d–f–b statt d–f–a).
