Als Neutrophilie bezeichnet man einen Anstieg der Zahl der neutrophilen Granulozyten (kurz: Neutrophile) im Blut. Die Neutrophilie ist die häufigste Form der Leukozytose, also der Erhöhung der Zahl der weißen Blutkörperchen.
